Scope of Services
The Well-Traveled Decade, a personalized multi-year travel blueprint.
Deliverables typically include:
• Vision and discovery consultations (two meetings and one review included)
• A custom travel blueprint (5-, 10-, or 15-year format)
• Destination curation aligned to life milestones, seasonal moments, and cultural events
• Custom recommendations for accommodations, regions, themes, pairings, and ideal travel timing
• Add-on: Book travel directly through Y.E.S. Luxury Travels (billed separately)
• Add-on: Annual blueprint refresh (billed separately)
Investment & Terms
Signature Planning Fee (non-refundable), based on length, number of guests, and annual trips:
– 5-year blueprint: $10,000 – $15,000+
– 10-year blueprint: $20,000 – $25,000+
– 15-year blueprint: $30,000 – $35,000+
The fee is due at signing and covers the full concierge-level research, design, and delivery of a deeply personalized travel blueprint crafted to reflect your unique life milestones, travel desires, and exclusive access opportunities.
*Many clients enjoy an average of 4-7 week-long and 6-12 long weekend trips per year.
